New Feature - Work orders on the tenant login

Work orders have been visible on the owner login for a while.  Now the tenant login has the same features.

The work orders menu option will only be visible if there is 1 or more work orders for the property this tenant is occupying.  So if you are not using the work orders feature, the menu option will not be shown to the tenant.  The same already applies to the owners login.

New Features - Send TXT Messages

You can now send TXT messages (or SMS messages if you prefer to call them that) from withing RentHQ.  You do this by either going to the Function menu group and choose Send TXT Message, or go to the contact screen for any tenant/owner/contractor and press the Send Message button.

The advantage of sending from within RentHQ if that it will save the message as a note against the tenant/owner/contractor it belongs to.  So you can have a full history of all messages sent.

Before you can send a message, you will need to set up your country code (for example, 64 for New Zealand) and also validate your mobile number.  To validate your mobile number you will send to send an email to RentHQ support with your mobile number.  We will then get it validated for you.

NOTE - You will be charged for each message you send.  Costs can vary from one country to another, but most calls will cost about 0.04c to 0.06c per message.  Messages to a New Zealand mobile phone will cost 0.06c per message.
