When opening a letter in RentHQ, there is now a PDF button available on the screen.
When you press the PDF button, the letter will be converted to a PDF file and opened in a new browser window. You can save that PDF file, or you could choose to print the PDF file. Printing from PDF offers a better print qualify compared to printing directly from RentHQ.
Note - this new functionality is only available on the Windows app, not the browser version of RentHQ.
